What to Do Before Applying
Information you should ask and learn from our education consultants before making your university application:
You can also learn these from our website www.livaedu.com. After deciding on the program you will study, you need to prepare the documents required to apply to the university.
Documents to Prepare
Required documents differ between state and private universities. Senior students can also apply to private universities.
High School Diploma and Turkish translation (English original if available)
Last 3 years of high school grades (transcript) and Turkish translation
Passport and Turkish translation
Passport photo (1 piece)
Mother and Father's name
Phone and email
Turkish Programs
If you are a senior: You should get a document from your school stating that you are a senior and will graduate. Also, instead of a transcript, you should get grades from 10th grade, 11th grade, and 2 quarters of 12th grade and have them translated.
Some state universities may also require an equivalence certificate for application.
Sending Documents
After the documents are ready, you can send your documents via email, WhatsApp, or Telegram by contacting Liva Education consultants.
Before or while sending the documents, you should have decided on your university and department. It is safer and ensures you receive the right service to ask all your questions about the school you will enroll in to our consultants.
Contact Information:
Making the Application
When your documents arrive, we will submit your application to the university and department you have decided on.
Private Universities
We do not charge any service fee for application procedures.
State Universities
A service fee is charged. Additionally, the university itself may charge a fee. If you want a guaranteed invitation letter, the service fee changes.
When you apply to private universities, a preliminary acceptance letter (conditional acceptance letter) is prepared within 3 days at most and sent to the student's email address.
Deposit Payment
Since you cannot apply for a visa with a conditional acceptance letter, the deposit amount stated in the conditional acceptance letter must be deposited into the university's bank account.
You can do this by going to the bank branch or through online banking. Forward the receipt to our consultants immediately. Our consultants will upload the receipt to the application system and request the acceptance letter you will use for the visa from the university. Under normal circumstances, your acceptance letter will be ready within 3 business days.
Visa Process
After the acceptance letter is issued, you can make an appointment in advance according to the working status of the visa center in your country. You can submit your visa application by presenting your acceptance letter along with the list of other required documents.
In Case of Visa Rejection
If your visa is rejected, deposit refund procedures will be initiated. Each university's refund procedure differs. Deposit refund procedures can take between 1 and 6 months.
